Since this was a last-minute feature added to the game, I had to take shortcuts such as real time rendering in Eevee, dramatic lightings, VFX videos baked to emission channel of transparent cards and keyframed geonode for particle scattering.
Since I wanted the fog to have more dynamic light interactivity, I created procedural volumetric shader with noise to mimic cloud in a cheap way
